*(1) .AERO can be registered exclusively by companies in the aviation business.

*(2) Please notice that .FM domain authority have Premium domain names, these domain names have an additional cost. We will inform you after the domain is requested if your domain is categorized Premium or not and how much the additional cost will be. Please notice that usually generic domain names and also short terms are categorized as Premium.

*(3) Personal registrations are not allowed. Registrations in .jobs can only be for your "company name", which means your legal or commonly known business name, or at least must include that name. For example, if you are American Family Life Assurance Company, you may register AmericanFamilyLife.jobs, AmericanFamilyLifeAssurance.jobs, AmericanFamilyLifeAssuranceCompany.jobs, AFLAC.jobs, AFLAC-California.jobs, AFLAC-Agents.jobs, etc.

*(4) There are no requirements to register a .mobi, although in order to keep it you must comply with the rules as specified at http://mtld.mobi/domain/policies/compliance. This rules objective is to make sure that the content of the domain is designed to be viewed from mobile phones.

*(5) A .name domain must be submitted in one of these formats:
firstname.lastname.name or lastname.firstname.name
You are allowed to use initials or nicknames instead of first names

*(6) TRAVEL can be registered if your entitiy belongs to one fo the following Travel Sectors: Airlines Attractions/Theme Parks Bed & Breakfast Houses Bus/Taxi/Limousine Operators Camp Facility Operators Vehicle Rental Companies/Airport Specialty Car Park Companies Computer Reservation/Travel Technology Provider Convention & Visitor's Bureaus Cruise Lines Ferries Hotels/Resorts/Casinos National Tourism Offices Passenger Rail Lines Restaurants Tour Operators Travel Agents Travel Media Travel-Consumer and Market Research Organizations You will have to provide a UIN number (this is a code that is provided to travel agencies as well as members of the tourism industry upon their membership)

*(1) - Only entities that have residence or nationality from Canada can register .ca domain names.

- In case that you don’t meet the previous requirement, you still can register a .ca domain name if you own a Registered Trademark in Canada. (You can check the cost of this in our website in the section Trademarks > Canada)

*(1) - Any company with residence in Aruba can register .aw domain names.

- If your company does not meet the residence requirement, we will proceed with registration of the domain to the name of our representatives in Aruba and make it available to you; this alternative would have no additional charge.

*(2) - Any person/company with residence in Barbados can register .bb domain names.

- If your company does not meet the residence requirement, we will proceed with registration of the domain to the name of our representatives in Barbados and make it available to you; this alternative would have no additional charge. If you choose this alternative after registration we will send you a Certificate of ownership.

*(3) For .CO.CR there are no requirements

All current .CO.CR domain name holders will have 90 calendar days counting from March 3, 2008 to reserve the equivalent .CR domain name, if they so wish. After this period, those domain names that are not registered will be available for registration for any other interested party.

On the other hand, if two or more current holders should have the same name under different categories (.co.cr, .ac.cr, .ed.cr, etc.), the .CR domain name will be allocated to whoever fist applies and meets the registration requirements.

*(4) The Domain must reflect a common law or registered trademark of the company, and does not infringe a known trademark of another company.

*(5) The owner must be a company (from any country), also the term that needs to be registered should match the name of the company owner of the domain name.

*(6) - .COM.PA must be ordered by companies, it could be a national or foreign company.

*(7) Client will need to send us a signed Power of Attorney (we would provide model)

(8) Please notice that in this country an identity trademark Search before the Cuban Trademark Office is required. The cost of identity trademark Search is included when you pay for the .CU domain name. The Identity trademark search takes around 2 weeks; the whole process of .CU domain takes around 4 weeks. If an Identical trademark is found, we will refund the full amount paid less the cost of identity trademark search that we must perform in Cuba (USD 100). Owner must be a company, individuals are not accepted.

*(1) - Any company with residence in Brazil can register .com.br domain names.

- If your company does not meet the residence requirement, we will proceed with registration of the domain to the name of our representatives in Brazil and make it available to you; this alternative would have no additional charge. If you choose this alternative after registration we will send you a Certificate of ownership. Please notice that gaming and offensive domain names are not accepted by authority.

*(2) -Owner must be a company, individuals are not accepted.

-Owner must have a trademark matching the domain name; trademark can be applied/registered in any country. If you don’t have a trademark we are able to apply one for USD 250 in order to meet this requirement.

-Client will also need to provide a signed Power of Attorney (we would provide model) that should come authenticated by Apostille and copy of incorporation certificate.

-Documentation can be sent by FAX.

*(3) -The owner must be a company and not an individual.

*(1) -In order to register a .AD domain name, you must have a trademark registration in Andorra. Trademark must match the domain you wish to register.

-If you don’t have one, we can file a trademark registration in Andorrain, in order to do this, please email us at: info@luqman-technologies.com, there you will find process and price information.

*(2) For .BA domain names a simple Power of Attorney is required, model will be sent after the domain has been requested in our website. A copy of an extract from the Register of Companies showing that this company is a true legal entity is also needed.

*(3) In order to register a .BG domain, you need to have a trademark application/registration in Bulgaria or in the European Union (Community Trademark). If you do not have a trademark can do the following:
1) File a preliminary Trademark search in order to assure that no such mark is registered in Bulgaria, it has an additional cost of USD 160. A copy form the search result should be attached to the domain name application.
2) File a trademark application for the same mark and a copy of it to be attached, too. The domain will be registered under condition that the mark will be registered in future. -The owner of the domain must be a company.

*(4) The owner must be a company. Also owner must have at least one trademark with the term that needs to be registered.

*(5) - Owner of domain name must be a company that has a trademark already registered in Albania, or if the trademark is registered internationally, according to the Madrid Agreement, a notarized copy of the certificate of the international registration is necessary; the international registration must specify Albania as a designated country. The alternative to the notarized copy of the certificate of the international registration is a register extract of the internationally registered trademark issued from the Albanian Patent and Trademark Office (ALPTO)., plus, the name of the domain should match exactly the trademark.

-Client will also need to send a notarized copy of the incorporation certificate of the company(with an English translation).

Documents should be sent by FAX or scanned by email.

*(6) Any company or individual from Cyprus can register .com.cy domain names. Only one domain is allowed by person. If it is an individual you must send us a copy of your identity card or passport. If it is an organization you must send us a copy of the registration certificate or a letter with the company's or organization's trademark logo requesting the domain name.

Please notice that .com.cy domain must be renewed on December 31st of every year, as an example if you request your domain on September 2008, you will have to renew it on December 31st 2008.

*(7) Any company with residence in Macedonia can register .com.mk domain names. If your company does not meet the residence requirement, we will proceed with registration of the domain to the name of our representatives in Macedonia and make it available to you; this alternative would have no additional charge. In order to register a .mk domain you need to ask for permission to the owner of the .com.mk or .org.mk domain, in case they are not registered you can request them straightaway.

*(8) -For .COM.UA domain registration, there are no requirements.

-For .UA, domain authority request a trademark from Ukraine or a trademark registered under the Madrid agreement that covers Ukraine.

*(9) .EU domain names are restricted to:

EU Citizen or EU Company or EU Organization.

*(10) -In order to register a .FI domain name, you must have a trademark registration or a trademark application in Finland or in the European Union (Community Trademark). Trademark must match the domain you wish to register.

-If you are not able to meet this requirement, we can file a trademark application in Finland for an additional cost of USD 480. Please notice that as soon as you have a trademark application we would be able to file your domain registration. Please notice though that if the domain that you want to register is similar to an already registered trademark, then your trademark can be rejected and your domain may be disabled by authority. Trademark registration process in Finland takes around 5 months, only after the trademark is registered your domain name will be secured. .

*(11) - FR: Domain must belong to a french company name or to the holder of a French trademark. If you cannot fulfill this requirement, we can help you registering your company/trademark in France, or we can proceed with registration to the name of our representatives in France and then make the domain available to you. Please notice that you are not allowed to register a .fr if the domain that you want to register is already registered as .com.fr. For example if you want to register domain abcd.fr but abcd.com.fr is already registered, then you cannot register abcd.fr (Unless you are also the owner of abcd.com.fr)

- .COM.FR: may be carried out by legal persons carrying French nationality, French residents and businesses/associations registered in France. If you cannot fulfill this requirement, we can help you registering your company/trademark in France, or we can proceed with registration to the name of our representatives in France and then make the domain available to you.

*(12) -For .co.hu there are not requirements.

-For .hu owner must be a company incorporated in the European Union.

-If you do not have a company in the European Union, we will proceed with registration of domain to the name of luqman-technologies.COM and then make it available to you; this alternative would have no additional charge.

*(13) In order to register .ie domain names, Owner of domain must meet some requirements:

One option is that Owner is a corporation (from any country) with a trademark registration from Ireland or a Community Trademark.

Another option is that Owner has a Trademark from any other country, in this case, owner will also have to send trademark certificate and provide evidence of some connection to Ireland, this may include:
-Copies of invoices (showing trade to or from Ireland)
-High-quality brochures
-A signed letter on headed paper from a bank manager, firm of chartered accountant(s), registered auditor(s), tax consultant(s) (where the tax advisor identification number is displayed), or solicitor(s) confirming the applicants trade with Ireland.

-If you don’t have a trademark registered in any country or you have one in a country different from Ireland or Community Trademark and cannot provide evidence of connection to Ireland, then we suggest you to file a Trademark in Ireland through us.

*(14) - The owner must be an individual or juridical persons residing in or belonging to a European Union Member State.

- If client does not meet above requirements, we will register the .it domain to the name of our representatives and then make it available to the client.

*(15) -Owner of the domain name must be incorporated in Norway.

-If you do not have a company in Norway, we will register the domain to the name of our representatives in Norway and make it available to you; this alternative would have no dditional charge.

-Norwegian law forbids the advertisement for gambling in Norway,this includes the use of .no domains.

*(16) -For .PT domain registration a trademark application from Portugal or European Union (community trademark) is needed, its name should match that of the domain. If you do not have a trademark, we can apply one in order to meet this requirement.

-If you don’t have a trademark there is another alternative for registering a .PT domain name, your company name should match the name that you are trying to register. That is, if the name of your company (foreign company or local company) is "ABCDE .INC" you may submit the domain "abcde.pt". In case of this alternative, you will have to send us incorporation certificate from the country in which the company was incorporated.

-For .COM.PT there are no requirements.

*(17) Any company with residence in Slovenia can register .si domain names. If your company does not meet the residence requirement, we will proceed with registration of the domain to the name of our representatives in Slovenia and make it available to you; this alternative would have no additional charge.

*(18) Owner must have a trademark matching the domain name in any WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) member state.

*(1) Organisations outside Sri Lanka can reserve domains in the Sri Lankan Domain Registry but they cannot activate them (e.g., use them for e-mail or web sites) unless they have a presence in Sri Lanka. A presence may be a branch office, subsidiary, dealer, agent or representative which has established an office in Sri Lanka.

*(2) -In order to register a .com.mm domain name, you must have a Myanmar Registered business organization. Also only one domain name is allowed by each organization.

-If you are not able to meet above requirement, we are able to register for you a Myanmar Registered business organization for an additional cost of USD 1,300, the process takes around three months. After the business is registered, we will proceed with registration of your .com.mm domain name.

*(3) Foreign companies are required to have an official presence in Nepal as a joint venture, partnership or a licensee in order to qualify to register a domain. Official documents (Nepalese Governmental documents) to prove the presence will have to be submitted with the application.

*(4) -Owner must be a company.

-Only one domain is allowed per company.

-Documents must be sent to Georgia via courier.

*(5) -For .HK domain registration, there are no requirements.

-For .COM.HK, domain authority requests a Business Registration Certificate from Hong Kong. We can obtain needed Certificate from HK Inland Revenue Department. In order to do this you may have to provide the following documents for apply such certificate: 1, The Certificate of Incorporation of the company (in the original country) 2. A registered address in Hong Kong The total fee to obtain the Business Registration Certificate is US$1325. If you do not have a registered office in Hong Kong, we may provide the address for service. The total cost is US$180 for each year. There is an annual maintenance fee for the company of USD 800.

*(6) -For .IN.TH there are no requirements.

-For .CO.TH a registered trademark from Thailand is needed.

*(7) -For .JP domain registration there are no special requirements (we provide needed Japanese address)

-For .CO.JP domain registration there are requirements:

1. Only companies registered in the Japanese company registry may own co.jp domain names;
2. One company may own only one co.jp domain name.

-Owner must have residence in South Korea.

- If client does not meet above requirements, we will register the domain to the name of our representatives in South Korea and then we will make it available to the client.

- For .CO.KR and .KR domain names your domain will be immediately registered.

*(9) - If your company does not meet the residence requirement for .mv domains, we will proceed with registration of the domain to the name of our representatives and make it available to you; this alternative would have no additional charge.

*(10)

For .COM.MY and .MY: The compulsory requirement to register a domain name in Malaysia is the applicant must have physical business presence in Malaysia, such as representative office, regional office, etc.If you are not able to meet this requirement we will act as a proxy as long you agree us to maintain the domain name and we will transfer to you when you have a physical business presence.

*(11) -For .web.id there are not requirements, it is open for foreign entity or individual.

-For .co.id domain names the following requirements should be met:
*Domain Name should match the name of an Indonesian corporation
*Domain Name should match the name of an Indonesian trademark application/registration.
-The applicant must have a physical business presence in the Indonesia, such as a sole agent, branch office, etc.
- If your company does not meet the residence requirement (for .co.id), we will proceed with registration of the domain to the name of our representatives in Indonesia and make it available to you; this alternative has an additional charge of USD 370. If you choose this alternative after registration we will send you a Certificate of ownership.

*(1) Client will need to send us a signed Power of Attorney (we would provide model)

*(2) -For .CF domain registration a local (from Central African Republic) trademark matching the name to register is needed, if you do not have one, also it can be used a Community trademark or an International Trademark.

*(3) -Domains can be registered by both companies (from any country) and individuals. However if the domain is registered by an individual company names should not be used. Companies should provide incorporation certificates and individuals copies of their identity documents.

-The incorporation certificate must match the domain name (For example company ABC for domain abc.co.bw)

*(4) A trademark registration from any country is needed, trademark must match the name that client wants to register.

*(5) - Any company with residence in Nigeria can register .com.ng domain names. - If your company does not meet the residence requirement, we will proceed with registration of the domain to the name of our representatives in Nigeria and make it available to you; this alternative would have no additional charge.

*(6) -Owner must be a company.

-Client will need to provide a copy of incorporation certificate.

-Documentation can be sent by FAX.

*(7) In order to proceed with .dz domain, you must have a trademark registration in Algeria (application is not enough), it can be a local Algerian trademark or an international trademark designating Algeria. If you are able to meet this requirement, you will also need to send us a signed Power of Attorney and signed official application forms (we will send model after the domain is requested).

*(8) Please notice that .gy domain must be renewed on December 31st of every year, as an example if you request your domain on September 2008, you will have to renew it on December 31st 2008.

*(9) -For .MG domain the owner must be citizen of that country, an organization registered in Madagascar or a foreign company.

In order to register.mr domains the owner must be a company, and the name of the domain must match that of the company. As an example if the name of your company (foreign company or local company) is "ABCDE .INC" you may submit the domain "abcde.mr". You will have to send us incorporation certificate from the country in which the company was incorporated.

*(11) - Owner must be a company incorporated in Reunion Island. If you cannot fulfill this requirement, we can proceed with the registration of your domain to the name of our representatives and then make the domain available to you.

*(1) .AF registrations are for Intellectual property protection at this point. The domain registration data will be shown in .AF whois but not activated in DNS.

*(2) Only companies (from any country) can register .co.il domain names, individual persons are not accepted as owners.

*(3) A trademark matching the term to register from any country is needed.

Please notice that .com.jo and jo domains must be renewed on March of every year, as an example if you request your domain on December 2008, you will have to renew it on March 2009.

*(4) Power of Attorney should be sent to Kuwait. We will provide model of Power of Attorney after the order has been placed.

*(5) -Owner of domain should be a company, not individual. -A Power of Attorney legalized before consulate of Qatar. We will provide model of Power of Attorney after the request of domain registration is filed.

*(6) For .COM.SA domains, owner must have a registered trademark from Saudi Arabia matching the name to register.

*(7) -For .IR there are not requirements.

-For .CO.IR owner must have a corporation in Iran.

*(8) -For .WEB.TR there are no special requirements.

-For .COM.TR owner must have a registered trademark in Turkey, you can request trademark in our website, please go to our hompage, select trademarks, then Turkey and follow the process indicated there.

-If you don’t have a trademark there is another alternative for registering a .COM.TR domain name, your company name should match the name that you are trying to register. That is, if the name of your company (foreign company or local company) is "ABCDE .INC" you may submit the domain "abcde.com.tr". In case of this alternative, you will have to send us incorporation certificate from the country in which the company was incorporated. As a foreign applicant, you are requested to prove a business activity in Turkey or alternatively, have a business relation with a company present in Turkey and provide us with official documents in order to verify it (distribution, franchising agreement, invoices etc.).

*(1) To be eligible for a .com.au or net.au, registrants must be:
a) an Australian registered company; or
b) trading under a registered business name in any Australian State or Territory; or
c) an Australian partnership or sole trader;
d) a foreign company licensed to trade in Australia; or
e) an owner of an Australian Registered Trade Mark; or
f) an applicant for an Australian Registered Trade Mark ; or
g) an association incorporated in any Australian State or Territory; or
h) an Australian commercial statutory body.
If you are a foreign company and you are not able to meet requirements of above, we suggest applying with us for a Trademark registration in Australia, the additional cost is USD 285. With Trademark Application we would be able to request your domain name in two weeks.

*(2) The owner must be a company incorporated in Papua New Guinea. A certificate of incorporation is required.
